Annual diplomatic dinner titled "Post-COVID International system" took place on 30th June 2020 with the initiative of the Institute for Strategic Thinking and the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Republic of Turkey

Along with the Speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly Mustafa Shentop, the program was attended by ambassadors, diplomats accredited to Turkey from more than 60 countries, rectors, scientists and media representatives. The program began with opening speeches by IST Chairman Muhammet Savash Kafkasyali, Ambassador Khazar Ibrahim and Parliament Speaker Mustafa Shentop.

In the second part entitled "Diplomatic Panel" Ambassador Khazar Ibrahim, Algerian Ambassador Mourad Adjabi, Brazilian Ambassador Carlos Ricardo Martins Ceglia, Djibouti Ambassador Houssein Abdillahi, Lithuanian Ambassador Peteris-Carlis Elferts, Indian Ambassador to Sanjay Panda, Chargé d'Affaires of Israel Roy Gilad, Ambassador of Pakistan Muhammed Syrus Sajjad Gazi, Ambassador of Paraguay Ceferino Adrian Valdez Peralta, Ambassador of Russia Alexei Yerkhov, Ambassador of Tanzania Elizabeth Francis Kiango Kiondo, Ambassador of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Kemal Koprulu , Ambassador of the United Kingdom Dominick Chilcott, Ambassador of Chad Adoun Guet and Ambassador of China Li Deng spoke in the format of the expected changes in the international system in the fight against the pandemic.
